This paper presents the findings of the analysis of information provided by eleven member-cities of the EUROCITIES Working Group on Education and Inclusion of the Social Affairs Forum: Antwerp, Berlin, Copenhagen, Lyon, Malmö, Marseille, Oslo, Rotterdam, Stockholm, The Hague and Vienna. The paper aims at giving an insight in the way ten cities within the context of their national policies try to stimulate the talent of young migrant children by providing special activities and programmes and thus giving them a better chance of succesfully attending primary school education and increasing equal chances. |
