The Basis

The recently published book The Basis: Theory and Practice of Early Childhood Education will be presented in Bled, Slovenia, at a European workshop as part of the Council of Europe's Pestalozzi Programme (9-12 November 2008).

At the invitation of the Slovenian National Education Institute, author Hans Cohen de Lara will discuss possibilities to use the book for the professionalization of early childhood education professionals. Participants in the workshop come from various Council of Europe member states.
